OLTREPò PAVESE DOC
Riesling
From a noble vine such as Riesling Renano, an elegant white with an intense yellow with greenish reflections is born. On the nose, the pleasant fruity notes of peach and white pulp fruit, balsamic hints and notes that enhance its unmistakable minerality prevail. The sip is full and enveloping, the mineral finish is pleasant and all accompanied by an excellent acidity.

Pinot Nero Rosato
The Pinot Noir grapes, master of our wine-growing territory, give our rosé an intriguing rosy and crystalline appearance, the scent is fruity with aromas of cherry, yellow fruit, citrus and floral hints. Featuring excellent freshness, great drinkability and pleasant persistence, it stands out for its great elegance.
Red wine
Il Rosso
Great protagonists of our territory, Pinot Noir and Barbera give us a wine of an intense ruby red color, on the nose prevailing hints of blackcurrant, raspberry and violet, rhubarb and a hint of liquorice. The Pinot Noir gives us a sip with silky and unobtrusive tannins accompanied by the right freshness given by the Barbera. A wine with great elegance.

Barbera
Our Barbera has an intense ruby red color, with prevailing scents of red fruits, rose and blackberries on the nose. The sip is intriguing, dry, slightly savoury, enveloping and with a slightly invasive tannin, always accompanied by a pleasant freshness.

Pinot Nero Riserva
The best protagonist of our territory, the Pinot Noir is an intense ruby red, with a prevailing nose of ripe red fruit, cherries, dog rose and spices. The sip is decidedly elegant. Soft and enveloping, accompanied by a pleasant freshness and balance.

Metodo Classico
Pinot Noir grapes give our sparkling wine a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is elegant, with notes of white fruit, dry pastries and light toasted hints. On the palate it is fresh, enveloping and always calls for a second sip.
